I collaborated with our strategy analyst, Jano, and Matuš from the Innovation team to develop a visionary "CEO Dashboard." This dashboard is designed to display critical business and HR metrics, along with showcasing company achievements, on large screens. The goal is to enhance visibility and celebrate the company's successes prominently.

Problem → Senior executives and high-ranking corporate leaders often lack a consolidated view of key business and HR metrics, making it challenging to make informed decisions quickly. Additionally, there is a need to prominently display company achievements to boost morale and recognition.
Importance → Providing a centralized dashboard that displays real-time metrics and achievements is crucial for strategic decision-making and fostering a culture of recognition. Data supports that visual representation of key metrics can significantly improve executive decision-making and employee engagement.
